Jorge Bergoglio (aka “Pope Francis”), Adolfo Pachon (Jesuit Superior General) and Justin Welby (Archbishop of Canterbury) will stand trial in absentia on Monday, April 7 after refusing to challenge or deny the criminal charges made against them in the Trial Division of the Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels.
The Prosecutor's Office will commence its case against these three chief defendants on that day and will present evidence linking them to the trafficking, torture and death of children, and to the concealment of these crimes.
The Court has delayed the opening of the trial by one week, from its original commencement on March 31, after it received confirmation that a covert operations team has been dispatched by the Vatican to disrupt and destroy the work of the Court. The team consists of paid agents of the so-called “Holy Alliance”, the Jesuit-run spying and assassination agency responsible for the silencing and murder of papal opponents.
The Court has accordingly established new security arrangements for its members and especially its key public spokesman, Reverend Kevin Annett, ITCCS Field Secretary. The Court's initial sessions will be closed, and conducted at an undisclosed location. However, the Prosecution's evidence presented to the Court will be made public during the trial through a newly-established Public Information Agency attached to the Chief Prosecutor's Office.

The Office of the Chief Prosecutor (OCP) has compiled its evidence against the primary defendants BERGOGLIO, PACHON and WELBY, and filed its primary documentation with the Court. Our arguments to the Court will commence Monday, 7 April at 10 am.
The OCP has found considerable evidence linking the defendants with the operation and protection of a global child trafficking network involving the routine and systematic kidnapping, rape, torture and sacrificial murder of newborn infants and children up to age fourteen. The documented ring known as the NINTH CIRCLE involving the defendants and former Popes JOHN PAUL II and BENEDICT is one manifestation of this network. The CIRCLE operates according to a canon law statute designated as THE MAGISTERIAL PRIVILEGE, which is filed within the sealed archives of the Vatican library. An obtained copy of this statute is entered as evidence by the OCP.
The NINTH CIRCLE is globally based and centuries old, operating at Roman Catholic cathedrals in Montreal, New York, Rome, London and dozens of other locations, including at protected forest groves in America, Canada, France and Holland. It routinely utilizes children taken from Catholic orphanages, adoption agencies, hospitals and schools.
The OCP has documented one such operation at the former Church of England / Jesuit run MOHAWK INDIAN RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. The routine rape, torture and sacrificial killing of aboriginal children associated with the Mohawk Confederacy began with the opening of this facility in 1832 and continues to the present day in sub-basement vaults. This fact has been established from forensic remains from a mass grave near to the school, eyewitness testimonies, para-psychological evidence and documentation from secret archives of the Church of England in London, Ontario (the so-called closed “G 12” collection of the Anglican Huron Diocese under Bishop Bob Bennett).
Former Anglican church researcher LEONA MOSES has also confirmed these facts personally to Kevin Annett and Mohawk elder Cheryl Squire at a private interview in October 2011. (see the evidence from ICLCJ case 0022513-001, Genocide in Canada, atwww.itccs.org, and attached youtube links)
Primary defendant WELBY, acting as Archbishop of Canterbury and under the direction of convicted felon ELIZABETH WINDSOR (aka “Queen of England”), ordered the destruction of these archives and any forensic remains of the murdered children in January of 2012, in a private communique to Anglican Primate Fred Hiltz in Toronto. WELBY's order was prompted in part by ELIZABETH WINDSOR'S direct involvement in the kidnapping and death of aboriginal children in Canada and the regular participation of Royal Family members in NINTH CIRCLE rituals at the Mohawk school in Brantford.
These rituals are attested by eyewitness accounts of a former Mohawk school inmate and a police-accredited para-psychological investigator whose affidavits are in the OCP's docket material.
Both of these sources agree on seeing nine figures in red robes gathered about an altar in a sub-basement catacomb under the west wing of the Mohawk Indian school. A young Mohawk girl aged five or six was bound and gagged on the altar, repeatedly raped by all participants, and then killed and disemboweled and dismembered with a ceremonial knife, and her blood was consumed by the nine. The remains of the corpse were then burned and buried in secret in the woods immediately west of the school building.
In October, 2011, excavations commenced by Mohawk elders on the grounds of the same site adjacent to the school revealed numerous buttons from the uniform of female students at the school, burnt pieces of clothing, and bones that had been cut up in sections. Subsequently, two of these bone fragments were positively identified as being those of a small child by Ontario forensic examiner Greg Olson and archaeologist Kris Nahrgang, as well as by senior forensic pathologist Dr. Donald Ortner of the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. (Ortner died of undisclosed causes shortly afterwards).
Primary defendants WELBY, BERGOGLIO and PACHON all conspired to set into motion a campaign to conceal or destroy this evidence, obstruct justice, and publicly discredit the ITCCS and Kevin Annett after this evidence was made public in October, 2011. This misinformation campaign continues primarily by means of government-controlled media in Canada, including the misnamed "Aboriginal Peoples' Television Network" (APTN), and by directly silencing Mohawk elders and eyewitnesses in Brantford.
Jesuit involvement in the NINTH CIRCLE rituals at the Mohawk school is confirmed in correspondence from school Principals as far back as 1922. Similar Jesuit sacrificial rituals involving small children and newborns at Catholic Indian schools in South Dakota and Omak, Washington are attested by eyewitness Clarita Vargas in an affidavit entered into our docket material.

Dear Mr. President,
Like you, I am the father of two daughters, and so no-one has to convince me that you love Malia and Sasha without condition, and would die to protect them from anyone and any power that would harm them. That love for our children is born in us because the sanctity of every child is a divine condition that is higher than any law on earth, or any authority, as Jesus himself reminded us.
And so as a fellow parent, I am deeply troubled by your decision to visit the Vatican on March 27 and parlay with an institution that is engaged not only in the systematic torture and trafficking of children, but by its aiding and concealment of that crime is actively subverting the sovereignty and the laws of the United States of America.
Since you have taken a public oath under God to protect the people of America and their Constitution from all foreign enemies, and to not give comfort to such enemies, it escapes me how your discussions with Pope Francis can do anything but legitimate, and thereby aid and abet, a power that meets some of the requirements of a terrorist organization under American domestic security laws.
Please understand that this is not a question of religion, but of the law. No organization or official that traffics in children, or that protects those who do, is above prosecution. And many Catholics are appalled at the still-binding canon law known as Crimen Sollicitatonas, which requires that all Catholic clergy assist child rapists in their church by concealing that crime, silencing their little victims, and actively obstructing justice by not disclosing anything to the police. For all of his talk of reform, the present Pope, Jorge Bergoglio, has not only refused to rescind this murderous law, but has in fact entrenched it: a clear crime under international law and a sure indication of a massive criminal conspiracy.
Since I trust in the efficiency of the CIA, Mr. President, I am sure they have briefed you on the growing evidence linking Pope Francis with the disappearance and trafficking of children of political prisoners in Argentina during that country's Dirty Wars. The Pope has in fact been summoned to appear before a Common Law court in Brussels to answer these charges, just a few days after he meets with you.
I will not presume to begin to appreciate the enormous burdens of your office, and the pressures and influences you face and must contend with. One of your fellow Illinoisans, Abraham Lincoln, once remarked that it was only through prayer and divine guidance that his mortal frame was capable of enduring the crushing weight brought by the deaths of so many Americans in the civil war. But Mr. President, many young Americans are still dying, except they have no arms with which to defend themselves against the church-sponsored terrorists who violate them and ruin their lives, and reduce them to an inner, lifelong slavery no less odious than the quite legal and institutionalized bondage that held your own people.
Abraham Lincoln was once asked by a group of Baptist clergymen about his belief in God. He answered them,
“For me, gentlemen, my religion is that when I do good I feel good; when I do wrong I feel wrong.”
Mr. President, I ask you to think of your children, and of all children, and to ask yourself whether you feel good at what the Vatican has done and is doing by its policy of facilitating massive child rape in America and around the world; by its direct role in the deaths of untold numbers of children in Catholic orphanages, schools and sweatshops; and by its open defiance of America's criminal and child protection laws that you are sworn to uphold and defend as you would your own children.
In 1846, Henry Thoreau, who helped salvage the soul of America, wrote these immortal words from the Massachusetts prison he occupied for refusing to fund an unjust war:
“Knowledge of what is right can no more be severed from consequential action than a living man can halt his own breath.”
Mr. President, you know what is right and what is wrong: no church or pope had to teach it to you. And it is wrong for America to fund a criminal body like the Vatican, as well as being quite illegal under International Law and especially the Nuremberg Statutes, which make all rulers accountable for their actions under the law.
As the President, sir, you are not empowered to compel your fellow Americans to aid and abet criminal regimes that maim and destroy innocent children. And yet existing "financial concordat" agreements between America and the Vatican use taxpayers' money to do precisely that. And your actions in having a cordial visit with the chief executive officer of that openly criminal regime in Vatican City will reduce what you know is right to a sham and a lie, and will broadcast to the world that institutionalized child rape and trafficking is acceptable in the sight of America.
It is a time of war, once again. Sabres are being rattled in the Ukraine, and perhaps it is politically expedient for you to visit Pope Francis now and win another ally in this latest cold war with Russia. But if it does not profit any man to gain the entire world by prostituting his immortal soul, Mr. President, would you do so for a momentary political alliance?
Barack, the lives of countless children unborn are in your hands at this very moment. Do not treat with those who will destroy them. Do not go to Rome. Send a message that will reverberate like a Second Emancipation Proclamation to every terrorized child and family, and proclaim to the Vatican that the age of church-sponsored murder of the innocent is finally over.
In closing, Mr. President, let me offer you my prayers, to you and your wife and daughters, as well as this remembrance of a less momentous but equally difficult decision I had to make once about who and what I would serve as a moral man. Perhaps it will help you.
In 1994, as a serving clergyman of the United Church of Canada, I was asked to cooperate in the concealment of the torture, rape and slaughter of thousands of aboriginal children in the Indian “schools” run by my employer as well as the Catholics and the Anglicans. I said no, and as a result I lost my own family, my job, and my livelihood. But from my action and its terrible personal pain, we all won a moral victory that has saved the lives of many children since then, as the truth of that Canadian genocide has now allowed a new generation to begin recovering from yet another Vatican-sponsored crime against humanity.
Doing the right thing with regards to the Vatican may cost you much, Mr. President, but it would secure life and liberty and happiness for legions of the innocents who would forever praise your name and the name of an America that stood on the right side of humanity. Who could ever ask for a greater opportunity to win such a victory for right, simply by acting on what he knows is right?
Trust God, Mr. President, and put not your faith in fellow princes or in their lies. May the blessings of Christ be on all of us now, and on our children, who look to you.

But from my action and its terrible personal pain, we all won a moral victory that has saved the lives of many children since then, as the truth of that Canadian genocide has now allowed a new generation to begin recovering from yet another Vatican-sponsored crime against humanity.
Doing the right thing with regards to the Vatican may cost you much, Mr. President, but it would secure life and liberty and happiness for legions of the innocents who would forever praise your name and the name of an America that stood on the right side of humanity. Who could ever ask for a greater opportunity to win such a victory for right, simply by acting on what he knows is right?

The “intellect” perspective is so much superior to the“intellect with emotion” says the “intellect.” (That is the Narcissists,self-serving, lacking emotion) Now give me your guns and lets have an Article V Convention to change the Constitution.
Absolutely not says the “intellect with emotion.” That’s apretty good ‘act’ and art of persuasion you have going there though. Have you heard of "Unconditional Love"? Some people like to break that down into different categories. I believe they get it so broken down that the true meaning is not in their details. There are some really wonderful and beautiful elements in the real "Unconditional Love."
Any one who's been reading here has most likely a heart felt desire for abolishing the,come on say it with me now, "abolishing the fraud, fake, federal reserve." One of the steps that have to be implemented because we just got a whole bunch smarter about currency. It's one of those too-days where we get to make the right hand in the form of a fist and bring the hand to the mouth and make the HA sound and then put your hand over your heart and polish! As in yes, yes, good thinking! Why? (every time I see that word I have to think of Billy boy Gates and his billion dollar yacht and well the opposite guy laying on the street homeless) So any way, “Why do we get to polish OUR United States Hearts too-day? Because we being able, to not only know the meaning of "Unconditional Love." We The People “feel” "Unconditional Love". We are not talking Narcissistic behavior here People. Along with knowing and feeling and abolishing, come on say it with me, "abolishing the fraud, fake, federal reserve", we can have "Unconditional Income."

Yes it’s going to be a change in the way currency is managed and in OUR “Freedom” & “Liberty.” Yes the power control freaks will be able to adjust. They might have to go to therapy because some of them will have PTS from having a lower income. And yes they will have temper tantrums at meetings and not want to be giving up their greed. But that’s where their counselors will be able to help them adjust.
We also need Americans on OUR Wall Street Board. People born and raised here in these United States. We The People have equilibrium of Culture and like to have a more balanced perspective. We are not cold-hearted people as some foreigners have been influenced to think. Some characters will spout off with some sort of nonsense of "who do they think they are wanting these changes". Well People we’ve been ripped off for way to long and it time for what these United States is really about. We are good people here in these United States and we do care.
We’ve come to recognize that capping poor people is abusive. We are not abusive people. The capping of income has got to be on the top incomes. For example, a CEO is to be limited to earn a maximum of (some say 12 times) 5 times more than the lowest income. That’s called the “1 for 12 initiative” and the “1 for 5 initiative.”
There has been and is excessive low income and poverty caused by excessive upper incomes, and too much government control. We The People are Not a cold-hearted people. We careabout what happens to OUR United States and are very much for promoting “Unconditional Income.” And a lot less government control/power.

Has the age of politicians finally passed? Are We The People shutting down the brain-washed ideas of “nothing ventured nothing gained” from the thieving corporation. I could say corporations but the more I research the abusers, they are pretty much all the same monster.
Has the age of dishonest 'media' passed? Are We The People shutting down the brain-washing actors and actresses… that have “the best ‘coverage,’” that are not even reporters any more, but rather "corporates babies being taught what to say." And some of those are corporate babies and Wall Street specials. (Traditional Values is something the Wall St. Specials have yet to learn)
Has the stage of, “I’m in it for myself” finally passed? Are, We The People,shutting down the selfishness and greed. Is the evidence visible enough? Is there going to be a fair reward for work? A decent income for People at all levels.
Hasthe “Run away Congress” details begun to avalanche themselves in their counterfeiting? No more artificial behavior forced on US.
Has the People recognized and realize that fighting about political parties at this time is causing some serious problems?
That, We The People, are in a time that requires each of the People to serve People, advancing a different way of thinking other than individual arrogance and blindness to our common good. I’m not talking about the people in middle class nor the people in the lowest income levels. I’m talking about the freaking greedy characters that have the illegal access to the highest welfare collections.
I do want you to know I feel grateful.
I am grateful to many people that have helped me with developing my thinking. I enjoy conversations and correspondence be it, discussions, and even a good argument. I’m especially grateful for my friends who are not the walking dead.You know who you are. Some times you lead and some times you follow. My life has been conducted in a way that I’ve lived in towns, the farm life (myfavorite with only visiting town/city), and living in the cities. Because of this, I’ve communicated with people who see the world differently than I do.Yet, everyone, when not in the corporate world, for the most part, have been helpful, kind and straight away. (the corporates have been hard and abusive on me, and you to I suppose)
However, lacking though, because of the financial looting, of these United States, by the corporate American criminals, is the deep invaluable friendships that make US staunch allies with intellect and professional honesty, not lacking in transparency with sincere caring. What corporate America does not understand, is goodness that comes with out greed and dishonesty. With out blackmail, lies and deceit.
What’sreally wrong right now with, US, is our interpretation of a need for a specific party to vote in to office.
What’sreally wrong right now is what has been taught. Our schools have been bought and are teaching that to take and take and take, and, well give a little, and to prance around in the spot light media is where goodness is. That is that corporate teaching of “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” They teach you either make it or you don’t. You are the ‘media star’ or you’re a poor welfare-special.’
When in reality, the welfare specials are the greedy, stealing from the poor and stealing the poor, and middle class welfare.
It should be just that folks, but with the corporate criminals making all the media a bunch of babies being taught what to say and when, it has produced corporate criminals and America has been looted.
What’s really wrong is what “Judson Witham” tells us on “YouTube.”
And one of the things I so warn about is any ‘politicians’ that want to put the‘younger’ leaders in office. Do Not. Right now we have a “Run away Congress”trying to mislead the young minds. The Run away Congress, and corporate America want to use the young minds towards (wrongful brainwashing and MK) for their own greedy protection of greed. They teach and lead with “it’s my way or the highway.”
Everyone keeps saying, government is too big. (some of it is to big) While what is really happening even our government is getting ripped off by the corporate America. The ponzi, scheme, of the fraudulent investment criminal minds, causing, missing trillions of dollars, fake federal reserve is the freaking problem.
It’s not the ups and downs of the Bitcoin nor the Quarks. That is some thing to be thankful for because it doesn’t force us to depend on the fraudulent criminal monster-mindfake-dollar.
Themiddle class and the lower income people are not the cold-hearted in theseUnited States. The cold-hearted are the greedy characters that are stealing everyone else’s welfare. People are, you know, suppose to have good welfare. Not poor welfare. I’m really disgusted with corporate America, “The MenaConnection.” And the criminal, lying, deceitful abuse forced on our citizens,“Susan Lindauer” and “Cathy O’Brien,” (You can look them up on YouTube.)
You best not be busy and preoccupied with the fake television shows, and the fake news reports. Especially being a people of these United States. You best write letters to your representatives and you best get others to do so as well. We the People, have been to tolerant of bad behavior from the criminal corporate America. Greed and materialism. GREED AND MATERIALISM. OUT!!!
No more extended long terms in offices. No more of them getting jobs with corporations after they get out of office. No more creating companies and crisis’s to match the greed production. No more greed production. NO MORE GREED PRODUCTION. OUT!!!

America has been working that competition behavior from the get go. What is important with competition is that there is a healthy competition and un-healthy greedy competition. The un-healthy-greedy competitors need to get some quiet time and stop trying to change the world and stop acting as the mouthpiece. They need to sit it out. As in sit down and shut up. They are the tiger of selfishness and they want us to ride the tiger. Well NO thanks. No politicians allowed. OUT!!!
That is what the country of Iceland did. No politicians allowed. Only serious problem is with Iceland having gotten the politicians to not be allowed is, the politicians, are already taking back over again. They are too much of the un-healthy-greed.
The“MARKETS” (personal gratifications and forced on others, America has been looted), and Traditional Values are the difference of un-healthy-competition-greed, and Healthy Competition.
Healthy Competition makes these United States a better place. The “MARKET” as in WallSt./corporate America needs some lessons in and for them-selves of selfless-materialism. They need to be taught that power is not the real authority. Authority is of God. Excessive self-interest is not good. It is arrogance to God’s authority. The greedy characters are forcing people to be herded and isolated trying to cause a value division of ethics with moral values and communist values. When they isolate people they usually become poorer and weaker in everything, so the far right sees all the opposite behavior and starts to condemn and judge. (Wanting to do what is right in their eyes) And the only defense the isolated and poorer, weaker have is to unite and try to care for one another more and more. And when the poor and middle class, are taught with brainwashing and then to MK it makes for a “Moral Divide.” It’s not the getting over the Grand Canyon as some rich greedy dumb thinkers have in mind. They know who they are. And because of that thinking and behavior, the greedy, are teaching cheating. It’s a power thing with them. They don’t get happy from simply having what they need and helping others. They are burnt out and thrive on power without the real God Bless Authority. As I mentioned, it is arrogance. Authority and Power are of God. It’s not something to take and loot.
America for the most part is NOT Spiritually poor nor materially poor. Quite the opposite.It’s the abuse of greed and a power with out the authority. So sitdown and shut up if you’re that one and if not you best get some get up and go! Write to your representatives. Listen to who should be in office with authority and power. Who Was Your Daddy Green Governor?
You know the characters that prance around saying all the right things, and what they do causes all the wrong things. The harmful and hurtful types.
Thanks to the “Green Governor”. Who was your daddy ‘green-gov.’?
You know the “Green Governor” that allowed the water in Our state of California to be tapped to off for certain farmers and their families. He’s no longer in office, and he was married to a “Kennedy,” and she dumped him? Any guesses? Yes, you guessed it. “Little iron pumper himself- Arnold Schwarzenegger.”
Seems Our state of California had/has a levy problem similar to Katrina’s. Soooo, instead of making the appropriate improvements, they decided to shut the tapwater down for certain farmers. And little iron pumper wants to see (and really fast mind you) machines re-routing the water.
In other words… There are farmers out there that the big-banksters are still squeezing to get their land. The bankers have watched these farmers work for years building up their farms and investing in them to bring improvements, only to have ol green gov. allow a stop on water before he left office. He thought it more important to save a little fishy, as he was advised by-the “env-‘iron’-mentalist.”
At first look, one may think that, yes save the little fishy. It’s okay to bankrupt the families and run them out. When we consider the new and improved science we the people have, even we know how to put forth science to develop and support both families, and little endangered fishy.
Our United States Constitution and We The People come from adifferent place than ‘little iron pumper’.
California produces some really good foods, and supplies these United States with some really good resources. (I hear those characters are doing the same squeeze to Our Texas to.)
If they are stealing the water, I say Our United States Constitution has got to be enforced and a currency paid out to the families.
The quality of living and the earning potential in these United States has got to be managed by People with much, much richer/values thinking than Hollywood specials.
